About the editor:
Angelika Taschen studied art history and German literature in Heidelberg, gaining her doctorate in 1986. Working for TASCHEN since 1987, she has published numerous titles on architecture, photography, design, contemporary art, interiors, and travel.
About the photographer:
A native of Milan, Giorgio Possenti began his career as a travel photographer. After a number of years he devoted himself almost exclusively to photographing architecture and interiors. Giorgio is represented by the agency VEGA MG and his photographs have appeared in such magazines as Elle Décor, Interni, Livingetc, and Eigen Huis & Interieur.

Tuca Reinés is a native and resident of Sao Paolo. For over 20 years, he has been a frequent contributor to magazines and his work has appeared in Vogue, Casa Vogue Brasil, and Wallpaper*, among others. He is the author of several architectural books and his work has also appeared in many publications, including TASCHEN`s Seaside Interiors and Great Escapes South America.
